The BaDaLing section of the Great Wall is perhaps the most touristy and deveoped section of the Beijing Walls. I went there with the tour group, not expecting too much and looking forward more to my SiMaTai a couple of days later instead. Still, it was quite awe-inspiring seeing the Wall for the first time. Even in this touristy section - to see the scale and the steepness of the wall first hand was almost a little mind numbing...

	This section is quite steep. If it were raining and the rock slippery, I wouldn't have walked this section....	High-tech tower!
