7/24/2003, Humbug Mountain State Park to Harris Beach, 54.86 miles (last 2-3 miles to and from the grocery store at Brookings)

Today was a downer. Little energy. Got some pics though. Happy to have completed Oregon and looking forward to my rest day at Elk Prairie. But first I need to get pass them Crescent City Hills, which present ever present fog and miles of steep, shoulderless, narrow roads. According to the book, it's for "advanced riders" only. Fun.

Sis will leave off at Crescent City tomorrow while I push on. We had a big meal tonight to celebrate: whole rotisserie checken, potato salad, coleslaw, hot pepper poppers, egg rolls, fruits, etc.
